We follow the government protocols to make sure all the rental items are stored, cleaned, disinfected and handled safely to our customer. The way we operate is in accordance with the level that New Zealand is. Our protocols include:
meeting physical distancing requirements
having extra hygiene measures
regularly cleaning and disinfecting shared surfaces
having contactless options for pick-up
wearing a face covering when in contact with the customers
Symptoms of COIVD-19 include: Fever, chills, muscle pain or body aches, headache or confusion, difficulty staying awake or waking up, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing. Congestion or runny nose. Sore throat. New loss of taste or smell, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea. If you have any of those symptoms, please stay home.
Hire Here Process of Cleaning the Rental Items
As part of our COVID-safe cleaning plan, our partners are instructed to follow careful steps when receiving each returned item.
When the client return the item, we check for dirt in crevasses, count parts, and check for faulty toys/pieces/damage/stain, etc.
DEEP CLEAN OF TOYS
Each toy when returned, goes through a process of cleaning and sanitizing. This process varies depending on the surface. If a toy is unable to be sanitized effectively, that item is quarantined for 3 days prior to being put for rental again.
All fabric/clothes are washed according to the label instructions before put back for rental.
TOY STORAGE BOX
The whole box is washed and sanitised, ensuring everything is dry before placing toys back in them.
